Abstract
This bachelor thesis deals with the comparison of the effectiveness of selected educational methods in a selected company. The aim of the thesis was to evaluate, based on a questionnaire survey and semi-structured interviews, how employees perceive the effectiveness of individual training methods and what impact these methods have on their professional development and job performance. The theoretical part describes key concepts in the field of human resource management, adult education, and various forms of training activities. The practical part contains an analysis of the current state of education in the selected company and a comparison of selected methods from the perspective of training participants. Based on the research findings, recommendations are proposed for a more effective and targeted use of educational methods in practice.
