Personální a materiálně-technické požadavky na vytvoření odřadu pro vysokokapacitní čerpání v působnosti HZS Moravskoslezského kraje

Abstract

The bachelor's thesis deals with the design of a module fot high-capacity pumping in the competence of the Fire brigade of the Moravian-Silesian Region. The first chapter deals with the definition of an emergency and its types. The second chapter describes the Fire brigade and the possibilities of providing assistance. The third chapter defines the importance of the EU Civil Protection Mechanism and defines the requirements for HCP modules, analyzes the deployment of high-capacity pumps and the current equipment of the Fire brigade of the Moravian-Silesian Region. Part of the chapter is the design of the HCP module within the scope of Fire brigade of the Moravian-Silesian Region, both for international operations and for deployment in the Czech Republic. The fourth chapter then describes the course of tactical exercises and defines the problems. The last chapter deals with a proposal to supplement the necessary techniques.
