Zhodnocení činnosti a hospodaření vybraných poskytovatelů sociálních služeb v Moravskoslezském a Jihomoravském kraji

Abstract

The diploma thesis is focused on the issue of selected contributory organizations providing social services within the Moravian-Silesian and South Moravian regions. The goal of the work is to evaluate the activity and management of selected social service providers for the period 2017 to 2021, while two sub-goals and three research questions were also defined for its fulfillment. Analytical methods such as document analysis, time series analysis, descriptive and comparative analysis, as well as the weighted average method and methods of induction and deduction were used in the work, especially in the assessment, data interpretation and conclusion drawing. From the analysis carried out and its subsequent evaluation, it emerged that the Moravian-Silesian region can be identified as the region with the largest number of newly registered applicants for social services in terms of the selected social service providers, and that the more affordable in terms of the amount of payments for accommodation and meals set by the selected social service providers is the South Moravian region and finally, that a more significant change in the personnel side regarding selected social service providers in the analyzed period occurred in the Moravian-Silesian region.
