Abstract

This Bachelor's thesis titled Customer Satisfaction Analysis of Indoor Swimming Pool deals with customer satisfaction with indoor pool services in Valašské Meziříčí. The aim of this work is to find out how customers are satisfied with the indoor pool services and, on the basis of this finding, to propose a solution that will lead to higher customer satisfaction. In the theoretical part of the thesis are defined terms such as quality, service, customer or explained term questionnaire or questionnaire survey. The following is a description and description of the company. In the practical part is an analysis of questionnaire. Questionnaire survey data are processed in tables or charts. According to the results of the analysis, solutions are proposed to improve customer satisfaction with indoor pool services.
