Abstract
In this Bachelor thesis I closely dealwith the financial situation of the company Codaco Electronic Ltd. from 2006 to2009 which is located in Valasske Mezirici. This work is divided into theoreticand analytic part. The theoretic part considers account of financial analyse,methods and detached financial indicators. In the analytic part detailedfinancial analyse is done. The purpose of this thesis is to review thedevelopment and industry in the company using the financial indicators andpropose an arrangement to improve the company's current financial situation.
