Abstract

This thesis is at its core about a camera obscura model, which is a simplified model of a camera. This model will be described and later constructed for usage in 3-dimensional space where it shall serve as a generalization of real camera. Optimization methods will be used to calculate the camera‘s position based on our predefined requirements. Apparatus depicted in this thesis should then be applicable for practical uses where calculating camera position is needed and where there is a preference for speed of calculation over total accuracy.
