Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on design and implementation of a solution for standardizing and processing of administrative documents of small construction company. As a tool for implementing the solution was used software Microsoft Access linked to Microsoft Excel. The database is used to store data. That data is subsequently used by the spreadsheet processor. Concepts relevant to the issue are described in the thesis. First, it was important to identify key problems and requirements that the company has in the field of documentation. Then propose an effective solution that would reduce labor and repetitive activities when issuing documents. Result of the work is a practical solution that will bring concrete benefits to the company in the documentation processing.
