Benefity jako motivace pro zaměstnance ve společnosti

Abstract

The main theme of this bachelor thesis is benefits such as motivation for employees in company. The thesis is divided to six parts. The theoretical part defines important concepts, selected acess to motivation theories , motivation and development of employees along with employee’s benefits . In the practical part of the thesis, there is analyse of an attitude of employees in company Erich Jaeger, s.r.o. There are formulated proposals and recommendations connected with motivation of employees and important employee’s benefits in company based on results from questionnaire.
