Hodnocení implementace Evropských strukturálních a investičních fondů v České republice v programovém období 2014–2020

Abstract

The bachelor thesis aims to evaluate the level of implementation of the European Structural and Investment Funds in the Czech Republic in the programming period 2014-2020 in terms of financial and thematic progress. The focus of evaluation itself is the continuous use of funds within individual operational programmes and their implementation in terms of funding priorities. The bachelor thesis is divided into three thematic chapters supplemented by introduction and conclusion. The first chapter focuses on the theoretical basis of the European Union's Regional Policy and the Czech Republic, which characterises the history, objectives, principles and tools of this policy. The second chapter is devoted to the setting of European structural and investment funds in the programming period 2014-2020 at the level of the European Union and the Czech Republic. The content of the third chapter is an evaluation of the implementation of the European Structural and Investment Funds in the Czech Republic in terms of financial and thematic progress, with emphasis on changes in the individual operational programmes and the overall financial drawdown during the quarters of single years.
