Analýza fluktuace zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

Bachelor thesis is about analysis of employee fluctuation in a selected organization. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part. The first part explains the concept fluctuation, types of fluctuation, cause of fluctuation and measuring of fluctuation. Also included is concept employee motivation and employee satisfaction. The next part contains the data analysis relating to employees fluctuation. To determine the possible causes of employees leaving is used questionnaire survey and exit interviews. In conclusion are proposed recommendation that could help the organization reduce employee fluctuation.
