Abstract

The Thesis is focused on the creation of a business plan for a petrol station. The company is called ČERPAČKA, s. r. o. in the whole Thesis for preserved business secret This company is based in Zlín Region. In the first part of this Thesis were defined od the basis of theoretical background concepts related to business and entrepreneurship. Finally, the forms of business, business risks and the theoretical basis for compiling a business plan were characterized. The practical part is focused on the analysis of the business environment and the elaboration of the business plan.
