Návrh financování sportovního klubu

Abstract

Téma diplomové práce je „Návrh financování sportovního klubu“. Cílem této práce je navrhnout konkrétní možnosti financování pro Sportovní klub Akademie sportu, který působí ve Valašském Meziříčí a sestavit pro něj rozpočet na rok 2011.

Práce se skládá ze šesti kapitol včetně úvodu a závěru. Teoretickou část tvoří druhá a třetí kapitola, kde jsou shrnuta teoreticko – metodická východiska a je zde představena organizace. Vymezeny jsou základní pojmy, různé druhy veřejných podpor, o které může klub žádat a také podnikatelské prostředí. Z použité metodiky jsou popsány možnosti financování, SWOT analýza a rozpočetnictví.

Další dvě kapitoly tvoří praktickou část. Čtvrtá část začíná popisem podnikatelského prostředí klubu, věnuje se finančním zdrojům, které má organizace k dispozici a jejich vyčíslení. Jsou zde definovány silné a slabé stránky klubu a také příležitosti a ohrožení pomocí SWOT analýzy. Důležitou část tvoří rozpočet pro rok 2011, který je zpracován ve čtyřech variantách. V páté části jsou uvedeny návrhy a doporučení, které by v budoucnu mohly mít přínos pro sportovní klub.

The subject of this thesis is „Funding Proposal for a Sports Club“. The aim of this work is to suggest specific options of financing the Sports Academy's Sports Club based in Valasske Mezirici and propose a budget for 2011. The work consists of six chapters, including the introduction and conclusion. The theoretical – metodical foundations are laid in the second and third chapter, which form the theoretical part of the thesis. Basic terms, various kinds of public support which the club can ask for and the business environment are defined here. The financing options, SWOT analysis and budgeting are described on the basis of used methodology. The practical part is contained within next four chapters. The fourth part begins with the description of the bussinessman environment of the club and deals with the financial resources at the club's disposal. With the help of SWOT analysis, the strong and weak sides of the club are defined here, along with the dangers. The important part is the budget for the year 2011, which is devised in four versions. Various suggestions and recommendations which may be helpful to the club in the future are outlined in the fifth part.
