Motivace a odměňování zaměstnanců ve vybraném podniku

Abstract

The present bachelor thesis deals with the topic of motivation and remuneration of employees in a particular company. More specifically, it focuses on employee motivation and remuneration system in the company called BONVER WIN, a.s. The data were obtained through regular consultations with the director of the economic sector of the company and also by questionnaire survey. According to the findings that have emerged from the survey various solutions for overall improvement of the motivation system in the company are elaborated on in the practical part of the thesis. The results based on the answers of the respondents show that the situation in the company is quite satisfactory. One of the main problems that were identified is considered to be: the lack of opportunities for personal development of an employee, an imbalance in the work performed and the level of wage, lack of motivation in terms of remuneration and also a lack of praise from the director to an employee. Moreover, in the practical part further suggestions are proposed, mainly in the area of job satisfaction, workplace relationships, remuneration including additional proposals about benefits that would be preferred by employees.
