Abstract
Content of the disertation is to make the marketing analysis of tennis club and the marketing strategy proposal for tennis club Tennis Hill Havířov.
A disertation is devided in two main parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is concerned with explanation of the key terms as the service marketing, the sport marketing, the mix services marketing and the SWOT analysis. The practical part contains the characteristic of tennis club, the analysis of the external macroenvironment and microenvironment, the research of satisfaction the customers and evaluation of a SWOT analysis. The closing part contains summary of an entire disertation, including discovered results and recommendations.
