Elektronizace dokumentů ve veřejné správě v důsledku změn zákonů 499/2004 Sb. a 300/2008 Sb.

Abstract

Topic of my work is to analyze the issue of storage of electronic documents according to the amendment of Act No. 499/2004 Coll. and No. 300/2008 Coll. In the first part I describe analysis of the aforementioned laws and expected impact that this legislation has brought to the current use of electronic documents in the public administration. Another part is focused on an overview of the use of electronic documents and their storing. This part of my bachelor thesis also maps the market of competitive products belonging to this issue. Penultimate chapter of my work is a detailed look at the attributes of an electronic document with the aim to preserve its authenticity in the mid term. At the very end of my work I sumarize the results and evaluate the preparedness of the public administration and IT market to this new issue.
