Hospodaření základní školy

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na hospodaření vybrané základní školy. Především se zabývá analýzou hospodaření ve sledovaném období. Cílem práce je zanalyzovat a zhodnotit hospodaření příspěvkové organizace v pětiletém období. Práce se skládá z teoretické části, kde jsou vysvětleny a popsány základní pojmy a stručně charakterizované základní školství, a to především oblast financování a praktické části, která obsahuje analýzu hospodaření v jednotlivých letech se zaměřením na rozbor nákladů a výnosů s rozdělením na hlavní a doplňkovou činnost. V závěru je provedeno srovnání zjištěných skutečností ve sledovaném pětiletém období. Na konci jsou uvedeny návrhy a doporučení na zlepšení hospodaření.

This bachelor thesis is aimed at the analysis of management of the selected primary school. It primarily deals with the analysis of the economy in the monitored period. The aim of the thesis is to analyze and evaluate the management of the contributory organization in the five-year period. The thesis consists of the theoretical part, which explains and describes the basic concepts and briefly characterized basic education, especially the area of financing and the practical part, which contains an analysis of the economy in individual years with a focus on the analysis of costs and revenues with the division into main and complementary activities. At the end, a comparison is made between the observed facts in the five-year period under review. At the end, there are suggestions and recommendations for improving the economy.
