Abstract

The diploma thesis refers to the different diagnostic methods of rotor damage level of asynchronous motor. The work aims to behaviour of induction motor under different dynamic conditions. It compares the measured values of diverse broken rotor shafts. The theoretical part deals with analysis of diagnostic measuring methods to find the damage level of defective part of rotor the most accurately. The applied part consists of standard measuring procedure of the main test room, it means warming tests, torque characteristics, short-circuit measuring, peak current and power, efficiency and others. Further the measuring of vibro-diagnostic spectrums, current spectrums and measuring in acoustic chamber, all of them in various dynamic modes of induction motor with differently damaged rotors. That way we intend to find out the method that detects the rotor damage level of asynchronous motor the most accurately.
