Manažerské dovednosti v podniku ZAMET, spol. s r.o.

Abstract

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to elaborate and evaluate the analysis of skills and styles of managers’ leadership survey. For this survey there was choosen a ZAMET, spol. s r.o. company. The theoretical part describes the requirements which are imposed to the modern manager including so called soft skills. There is introduced the concept of leadership and its importance for employees’ motivation. The practical part of this work is dedicated to questionary exploration of skills and managers’ leadership abilities in the selected company. Based on processed exploration outputs and identified deficiencies there are expressed recommendations to improve the managers’ abilities.
