Vytvoření podnikatelského záměru

Abstract

Diplomová práce řeší usnadnění orientace potencionálním investorům při sestavování podnikatelského záměru v oblasti budování nových speciálních sociálních zařízení pro seniory a hendikepované osoby. V úvodní části je rozebrána teoretická část zabývající se základními pojmy, zdroji finanční analýzy a metodami k analýze podnikatelského prostředí. Dále je uvedena aplikační část rozebírající analýzu prostředí a vytvoření podnikatelského záměru. Pozornost je věnována i doporučením k vytvářenému podnikatelskému záměru.

The diploma thesis solves the facilitation orientation the potential investors in preparing a business plan in the building new special sanitary facilities for the elderly and handicapped persons. The first part is analyzed theoretical part dealing with the basic concepts, resources of financial analysis and methods to analyze the business environment. A part of the thesis is application part that analyzing the environment and creating a business plan. Attention is also paid to the recommendations to generated the business plan.
