Proces vzdělávání a rozvoje zaměstnanců ve společnosti Hirschmann Czech s.r.o.

Abstract

This bachelor thesis is dealing with process of employees’ education and development. The aim of this work is to analyze and evaluate current education and development system in the Hirschmann Czech s.r.o. Company, and on the basis of obtained data to suggest a set of measures that will lead to improvements of their system. Theoretical solutions of employees’ education and development are described in the first part of this work. The second part contains company characteristics. The third part is devoted to description of current educational and development system in the given company and system analysis via questionnaire survey. In the last part the suggestions and recommendations for improvement of existing system are stated.
