Abstract
The aim of this thesis was based on survey methods to analyze and evaluate the current state of motivation of employees in selected company. The thesis is normally divided into two thematic units, divided into several chapters.
The first section contains basic approximation concepts associated with motivation, its meaning, forms, theory and resources. Other subsections focus on motivation and human potential in the organization, in the relationship between motivation, satisfaction and performance, de-motivating factors which may affect employees or to what extent the training and development or evaluation and compensation of employees as incentives. The second unit of the thesis includes performances of the selected company, a description of its current situation and a description of the methodology. Following part is the analysis and evaluation of the true motivation of employees. The last chapter lists the possible proposals and recommendations for improvement of the motivation of employees.
