Abstract
This diploma work analyses produktivity of work in the company ACTHERM – strojírenství, s.r.o. The theoretical part presents the starting points and methods of work. In the practical part the calculations of produktivity of work throughout individual years in the company are shown and compared. Also, the suggestions of precautions leading towards the increase in produktivity are given here.
