Možnosti aplikace globální směrnice MMOG/LE v chemickém průmyslu

Abstract

This diploma thesis tries to assessment the conditions and offer improving the material management by the directive MMOG/LE in the XYZ company. The theoretical part gives an overview of supply chain management in contact with suppliers and with customers together. This theoretical part is concluded by describing the various types of logistics audits. The practical part of this thesis provides into application of global MMOG/LE in the chemical industry in the range of two selected chapters (with customers; contact with suppliers) and it include evaluation and suggestion of remedial measures. The main contribution of this thesis is increase the effectivity of logistics at the supplier-customer relations in XYZ company and information about application of global directive MMOG/LE in chemical industry.
