Řízení nákladů na kvalitu v podniku

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je řízení nákladů na jakost ve výrobním podniku. Teoretická a metodologická východiska popisují základní pojmy vztahující se k jakosti, managementu jakosti, nákladům na kvalitu a modelům využívaných k jejich analýze. Informace k teoretickým a metodologickým východiskům jsou čerpány z odborné literatury. Následující část obsahuje základní informace o společnosti a popisuje zavedený systém managementu jakosti. Informace využité v této části práce jsou čerpány z vnitropodnikových dokumentů a informací získaných od zaměstnanců společnosti. V další části diplomové práce je navržen systém monitoringu nákladů na jakost podle rozšířeného modelu PAF a členění nákladů podle jednotlivých skupin odpovídajících modelu. Poslední část zahrnuje pilotní ověřování navržené metodiky a analýzu nákladů v rámci jednotlivých skupin i v porovnání s celkovými náklady a výkony společnosti. Diplomová práce je zakončena vyhodnocením nákladů na kvalitu ve společnosti, shrnutím a doporučeními vycházejícími ze všech získaných informací.

The subject of the diploma thesis is the management of a quality costs in the company. The basic concepts of a quality, a quality management, a quality costs and the models used for their analysis are described in the theoretical part of the thesis. The information used in this part is obtained from the literature. The information about the company and the description of the existing quality management system are included in the following part and are gained from the internal company documents and from the employees of the company. The next part of the diploma thesis includes the system of the quality costs monitoring based on the extended PAF model. The application of the designed quality costs monitoring system and the analysis of the quality costs on the real company data is described in the last part of the thesis. The diploma thesis is finished with the evaluation of the current quality costs monitoring in the company, the summary of the result and the recommendations for the improvement.
