Abstract

This bachelor thesis investigates the market of specialized retail stores in Ostrava and its close surroundings, focusing on satellite technology. It analyzes the competitive position of ATOS Ltd. store in Ostrava-Mariánské Hory. For the research methods there were used questionnaires, Mystery shopping and observation. Also, the analysis was based on Porter's Five Competitive Forces Model. It was found that ATOS Ltd. retail store in Mariánské Hory has quality and stable market position in Ostrava.
