Návrh a realizace vizualizace pro odprášení tandemové pece

Abstract

A task of diploma thesis is to create a clear graphical view of available elements in the visualization software for technology of Dedusting System of Tandem Furnace, which is located the company ArcelorMittal Ostrava a. s. The fundamental theoretical part is focused on possibilities of using visualization software and technology of Dedusting System of Tandem Furnace. Subsequently it describes the simulation software, which represents technology in test part. Test part was finished in company Ingeteam a. s, which is an owner of this project. The practical part includes, by type of use, two main parts. The first part deals with practical use of visualization software Promotic for an operator. The second part offers view over visualization software from company Siemens, which will be in the form of a touch panel in substation of Dedusting of Tandem furnace. The conclusion of this thesis contains valorisation of reached results and existing hardware solution for commissioning.
