Abstract

This thesis deals with procurement of local government unit as a public authority. It covers intimately general principles of procurement. It focuses on analysis of procurements of Jindřichov, its funding and overview of small-scale procurement in period of 2008-2012 and solves risks of this procurement. Thesis’ object is valorization of procedure in small-scale procurement in Jindřichov in period of 2008-2012 and all the risks in it. In bachelor’s thesis is used method of analysis, which deals with analysis of procurement in Jindřichov in stated period. The output of this tesis is treatment of internal regulation about small-scale procurement and publication of information about Jinřichov. Internal regulation would strictly mark the procedure and conditions of small-scale procurement and publication of information connected with procurement of Jindřichov.
