The subject of this Bachelor thesis is to create the draft of the building zone in the development area in Polanka nad Odrou. The area is bordered by the streets Janovská, Ostravská and Mezi Lány. Polanka nad Odrou is a district in the city of Ostrava, the development area is located in the Janová part of the district. The study is created with taking into account urbanistic principes and all limitations based on examination and design of the most suitable spatial arrangement of individual plots, both for housing and for public spaces. The study is presented in 3 variants, which are integrated into more detail. This detailed variant includes appropriately chosen design of technical infrastructure a transport infrastructure.
