Abstract

The main purpose of this thesis was establish the limeted company (LTD) with business plan. The summary report is consists of two parts the theoretical part and the practical part. To achieve its objective, it was necessary to get acquainted with the theoretical part of establishing a limited liability company, through literature and statutory regulations. The practical part is focused on the establishment of a dance academy – a limited lability company and build the achal business plan. Objective was achieved through detailed marketing and financial plan, SWOT analysis, and other requirements of the business plan.
