Návrh nového využití areálu bývalého cukrovaru v Němčicích nad Hanou

Abstract

The objective of this bachelor‘s study is to propose a new use for the vacant land, previously occupied by a sugar mill in the town of Němčice nad Hanou. The study is developed based on land use requirements of the city in accordance with its approved general development plan. The design proposal is worked out in several variations. One of the options has been selected for a detailed solution, with the reason for this selection supported. The chosen option encompasses an urban study, layout of the traffic infrastructure and engineering infrastructure, design of public spaces and arrangement of equipment and fixtures, economic feasibility analysis and visual presentation of the proposed solution.
