Abstract

ILLÍK, Radek. Prospects of Utilization of Risk Subject Support Leading to an Increase in the Level of Safety. Thesis, Ostrava: VŠB – Technická Univerzita Ostrava, Fakulta bezpečnostního inženýrství, 2017, 88 pages. The thesis deals with the prospects of support, particularly of entities belonging to the group B, to increase the level of safety of the population in the emergency planning zones, according to Act No. 224/2015 Coll., In which the newly enshrined the principle of polluter pays principle. The author deals with the evaluation of existing cooperation and ways to further expand this cooperation. Also, a comprehensive approach evaluates individual subjects Group B to solving the issue. Furthermore, from this subjects receives information about the conditions under which they would like to work cooperate to improve the current situation. Especially in the field of preventive education activities and informing the population in the emergency planning zones.
