Charakteristika a analýza zaměstnaneckých benefitů ve veřejné správě

Abstract

The aim of this thesis was to characterize employee benefits, and then analyse and evaluate a program of benefits for employees who work for municipality of Ostrava and evaluate their satisfaction in relation to provided benefits. Received results were used for recommendations of potential improvements to the current system of benefits and these proposals were forwarded to the head of Human Resources Department of the Ostrava municipality. In the first theoretical part, thesis deals with the analysis of individual employee benefits, whereas in the second part specifies current employee benefits at Ostrava municipality. The last step was an evaluation of the data obtained by survey, which the practical part dealt with. When processing the thesis were used description, comparison, synthesis and analysis methods.
