Vliv parametrů ochlazování na mechanické vlastnosti bezešvých ocelových čtyřhranných profilů

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá výrobou bezešvých trubek a bezešvých čtyřhranných profilů ve válcovně bezešvých trub Třineckých železáren. V teoretické části je uveden vliv ochlazování na mikrostrukturu oceli, která ovlivňuje mechanické vlastnosti. V experimentální části jsou diskutovány výsledky mechanických vlastností a mikrostruktura materiálu čtyřhranných profilů. Výsledkem práce je shrnutí a porovnání dvou čtyřhranných profilů, které byly ochlazovány za dvou různých podmínek.

This bachelor thesis deals with the production of seamless pipe and seamless square section in a tube mill of Třinecké železárny. In next part of theory is effect of cooling on the microstructure of steel, which affects the mechanical properties of the material. In the experimental part, the results of mechanical properties and microstructure of the material are dicussed. The result of the work is a summary and comparison of two square sections cooled under two different conditions.
