dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou motivace zaměstnanců ve zpracovatelské firmě. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V první části se práce zabývá teorií motivace, motivačními nástroji a modely motivace. Dále je pak v první části obsaţena charakteristika podniku, ve kterém je analýza prováděna. Praktická část pak obsahuje výstupy z dotazníkového šetření, analýzu motivace v podniku a následná doporučení.cs
dc.description.abstractThis bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of motivation of employees in the processing company. The thesis is divided into theoretical part and practical part. The first part deals with motivation theory, motivational tools and motivation models. Next, the first part contains the characteristic of the enterprise in which the analysis is carried out. The practical part includes outputs from the questionnaire survey, analysis of motivation in the company and subsequent recommendations.en
