Abstract
This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of forests in Czech Republic and their current state and significance. Basics of dendrology are summarized and types of forests in Czech Republic and their classification, including the description of the vegetative levels. Acquired insights are used for the tourism in the form of proposal of suggested localities for recreation in forested regions in the Moravia-Silesia region.
