Systém školení BOZP externích zaměstnanců v hutním průmyslu

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou vstupního školení externích zaměstnanců v hutní společnosti. Cílem práce je navrhnout nové testové otázky pro ověřování znalostí bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci (dále jen „BOZP“) externích zaměstnanců. V teoretické části práce je proveden rozbor požadavků právních a ostatních předpisů k zajištění BOZP ve vztahu ke školení BOZP. Praktická část je věnována představení společnosti a sběru informací o externích zaměstnancích. Dále je detailně vyhodnocena úspěšnost vstupních ověřovacích testů za období 2018–2020. V závěrečné části práce jsou zpracovány návrhy konkrétních testových otázek včetně výsledné vizualizace.

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of introductory training of external employees in a metallurgical company. The aim of this work is to propose new test questions for verifying the health and safety knowledge of external employees. The theoretical part of the thesis analyzes the requirements of legal and other regulations to ensure safety and health at work (OSH) in relation to OSH training. The practical part is devoted to the introduction of the company and the collection of information about external employees. Furthermore, the success of entrance verification tests for the period 2018–2020 is evaluated in detail. In the final part of the work are processed proposals of specific test questions, including the resulting visualization.
