Abstract

The objective of this thesis is to evaluate work procedures in terms of Occupational Health and Safety compliance during the assembly and disassembly of structures and equipment during the construction of a high-rise technological unit in a cement plant. The work assesses the risks of primary construction activities, including foundation excavation, material handling, steel structure assembly, and working at heights. Furthermore, the Permit to Work system and its effectiveness are analysed. Based on the identified occupational risks associated with the performed activities, the thesis proposes safe work procedures and specific safety measures.
