Abstract

In my bachelor thesis I deal with the requirements a voluntary firebrigade of a village needs to fulfil to be able to deal independently with the effects of a storm. In the thesis I included legislature, a list of technical equipment and skills and qualifications necessary for carrying out this activity. Costs of equipment for the firebrigade to become fully effective have been included.
