Analýza administrativní zátěže provozních mistrů

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá administrativní zátěží provozních mistrů v Divizi Karviná. Cílem je navrhnout zefektivnění pracovního výkonu provozních mistrů, převedením nebo omezením administrativních činností. Teoretická část práce na základě poznatků získaných z odborné literatury seznamuje s obecným významem a postavením personálního managementu ve firmě, s interní organizací podniku a organizací práce, s osobností manažera a jeho rolí v organizaci. V praktické části je provedena analýza administrativní činnosti provozních mistrů a kvantifikace výsledků dotazníkového šetření. Výsledkem jsou konkrétní opatření omezení administrativních činností, tak aby se provozní mistři mohli více věnovat řídícím a kontrolní činnostem, které jsou pro podnik stěžejní.

The thesis deals with administrative duties of the operating foremen in the Karvina division. The aim of this thesis is to propose more effective working administration of operating foremen by transformation or by reduction of their office activities. On the basis of the findings achieved from the professional literature, the theoretical part of this thesis introduces common significance and role of personnel management in the company, with internal organization of the company, work organization, the manager personality and his role in the company. Practical part presents an analysis of administrative activities of the operating foremen and quantification of the results of the questionnaire survey. The output shows particular steps decreasing the administrative activities in the way so that the operating foremen could devote their time to managing and supervisory activities which are fundamental for the whole company.
