The topic of this diploma thesis is a project for the construction of an apartment building with a travel agency on the 1st floor, the design of internal sewerage and internal water supply. The solution also includes a proposal for the reuse of gray (utility) water in the building, subsequent treatment and use of gray (utility) water in the building for flushing toilets. The project also includes the design of a sewerage connection and water supply connection, calculation of the balance of sewage and rainwater, the need for drinking water and dimensioning of distribution systems. The thermal technical assessment of building structures determines the energy balance of the building, which is completed by the classification of the average heat transfer coefficient of the building envelope. At the end of the diploma thesis, a basic economic evaluation is made. Project documentation will be prepared in accordance with applicable standards and regulations. The diploma thesis includes a text part, a drawing part, and appendices.
