Abstract

Hlinka, Marcel: Corporate Headquarters in Třinec, 2025, 84 pages. Bachelor's thesis. Ostrava: VSB – Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Department of Civil Engineering. Thesis supervisor: Ing. Filip Čmiel, Ph.D. This bachelor's thesis focuses on the development of project documentation for the execution of a building in accordance with Decree No. 131/2024 Coll. on building documentation [1]. The thesis consists of a textual part, which includes a technical report, and a drawing part. Additionally, the annexes contain a thermal-technical assessment of the roof structure according to ČSN 73 0540-2 (2011) [2] and a structural analysis of a monolithic reinforced concrete staircase, including reinforcement drawings. The proposed company headquarters is in the Moravian-Silesian Region, in the city of Třinec. It is a standalone, partially basement building with three above-ground floors. The interior includes office spaces with all necessary facilities, a meeting room, and technical areas.
