Aplikace metody Kaizen v prodejní firmě

Abstract

This thesis deals with the application of Kaizen methods in sales company. The thesis consists of two parts - theoretical and methodological. The theoretical part provides the fundamental principles of Kaizen methods and also the essence of lean administration and processes occurring in it. Furthermore, the methods of "5S" are theoretically described, together with an analysis of the internal environment and the time schedule method. The methodological part is focused on the application of these methods in an office environment. The "5S" methodology is elaborated in detail in whole chapter five. The aim is to implement Kaizen methods "5S" in the company office environment. The diploma thesis thus provides a suitable basis for further implementation of advanced methods of Kaizen portfolio.
