Analýza dopravní obslužnosti ve vybraných městech

Abstract

The topic of the thesis is the analysis of transport services in selected cities. The analysis concerns urban public transport in Brno, Ostrava and Plzeň. Public transport in selected cities includes bus, tram and trolleybus services. The individual transport companies are briefly characterized. In these cities, a comparison of general and financial indicators of transport enterprises is made. One of the financial indicators is operating income and expenses. The conclusion of the thesis is devoted to recommendations and proposals for economic efficiency and improvement of the level of travel in the monitored cities.
