Abstract

The main goal of my bachelor thesis: "Financial Management of Non-Profit organizatioons "is to analyze the funding of non-profit organizations, especially of the selected one, Kultúrne a spoločenské stredisko Turzovka. The work is divided into three parts that create the whole. The first part focuses on the theoretical explanation of non-profit organizations and their role in the national economy. The second part presented a non-profit organization of Kultúrne a spoločenské stredisko, its activities, mission and aims. This part describes the sub-programs of the budget of Turzovka city to fund the organization. The last section is devoted to the analysis of the financing of the selected organization during the period of the five years since 2009 to 2013. Bachelor thesis is defining hypothesis and is supposed to ensure that the functioning of the organization is multi source financing The results of the analysis will help to fill the gaps and improve its management.
