Rekultivační a sanační práce na výsypkách lomu ČSA

Abstract

In my bacherlor’s thesis I deal with reclamation and restoration activities at quarry dumping sites - the case of the quarry, ČSA. At first I focus on geological characteristic of North Bohemian Brown Coal Field and the history of mining in this region, concretely at two quarries – ČSA and OM. After that I describe the goals of reclamations and its methods and explain the terms of biological reclamation. I talk about financial resources. Finally I describe several recultivations which are still in progress. The outcome of my thesis is the comparison of reclamations and the assesment of reclamation and restoration activities.
