Stanovení mikročástic plastů v pitné vodě

Abstract

The main topic of this work is to find a procedure for the determination of plastic microparticles in drinking water. The theoretical part is a review of available world scientific literature on this topic. In the practical part are presented three methods for the determination of plastic microparticles. Specifically, filtration on filter paper, filtration on a metal filter cloth, and a method using the Nile Red indicator. The methods are supplemented by optical stereomicroscopy, infrared spectroscopy with Fourier transform and automatic particle counting with "Galaxy Count" software. The results describe the fibers and particles found in the analyzed samples and all their identified properties, including visual documentation. In the conclusion is presented the evaluation of the performed methods and the obtained results.
