Abstract
The subject of the thesis "Regulation of insurance intermediaries in the Czech Republic and the European Union" is to map the regulation of insurance intermediaries in the Czech Republic, at the level of European Union and in two selected Member States of the European Union. This order also corresponds to the individual chapters. The aim of this thesis is to compare the conditions of insurance intermediaries for the business in the Czech Republic, in Belgium and in Sweden.
