Abstract

The thesis deals with the possibilities of using agency employees in manufacturing companies. The theoretical part will explain the difference between work and personal agency and main differences in the services offered. Using SWOT analysis, PESTLE and Porter's analysis, we introduce our selected companies. On one side is the a newly established production company Amali manufactury Ltd. and on the other hand, work and personal agency Work Service Czech Ltd. with long-term experience. While the macroeconomic data, in our case from unemployment rate and gross domestic product, we outline the importance of work agencies and their offer of services in specific periods. In the practical part we will analyze the advantages and disadvantages of using agency work in the service of temporary agency work and its added value for the client. At various lengths of full time job using a calculation we will analyze the costs associated with a specific length of employment and additional costs in the event of termination of the worker. We will compare potential risks for Amali manufactury Ltd. with the value which company Work Service Czech Ltd., could add for their business. In the practical part, we will analyze the current service provided by Work Service Czech Ltd., which will be based on the survey. In conclusion, the thesis will evaluate and recommend or not recommend the using of the services of employment agencies for Amali maufactury Ltd. As an additional objective of this thesis based on the evaluation questionnaire survey conducted on actual client of Work Service Czech Ltd., suggested recommendations for Work Service Czech Ltd., how to change the process of identifying suitable candidates and where for such candidates should looking for. This could lead company to growth of overall attractiveness and improvement of services provided by Work service Czech Ltd.
