Abstract
This thesis deals with financial analysis firm. The practical part describes the different methods financial analysis and procedures in determining creditworthiness business (eg, analysis extensive indicators, analysis of fund of funds, the ratio analysis indicators, analysis of system parameters, bankruptcy and financial standing models). In practical the indicators are calculated solvency, profitability ratios, financial stability and bankruptcy models (Altman's model, Kralickův rapid test). Based on the calculated parameters and models are evaluated and ABC are recommendations for improving the financial situation.
