Abstract

The aim of this work is to show the approach to spatial planning as a tool to make changes in the area using new geoinformatic technologies and make a picture of interrelated phenomenas in space and their evaluation in the context of sustainable development. The base of this evaluation, are spatial analysis based on spatial analytical data and other available sources, which explain planning processes in territories and make them more transparent. The findings will be base for design a new methodic, which will evaluate the influence of urban planning on sustainable development.
